ENTRY-LEVEL BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN DENTAL HYGIENE PROGRAM
- 2.5 overall and 2.7 prerequisite GPA
- 2 reference forms
- Resume and personal statement forms
- Completion of all prerequisite courses with at least a grade of “C” (Preference will be given to applicants who have completed all prerequisite courses by the application deadline date. Any courses that are still in progress must be completed and final transcripts submitted to the Registrar’s Office by July 1)
- Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) - International applicants only: minimum score 560 (paper), 220 (computer-based), 68 (Internet-based)
