Purpose – To provide scholarship support for Physical Therapy Students

Eligibility – Current enrollment in physical therapy degree program; good academic standing; student membership in the UTHSCSA Physical Therapy Alumni Association

Selection Criteria – Leadership, service, and/or previous awards and honors;  service to the Physical Therapy profession, Department of Physical Therapy, and/or the UTHSCSA Physical Therapy Alumni Association

Application – Submit the following to the Physical Therapy Scholarship Committee:  one-page resume; one reference letter, preferably from a physical therapy clinician (not from UTHSCSA faculty member or alumni association executive committee member); two 400-word essays
