You will need to have all prerequisites completed by the end of the fall semester of the Year I of the program, with a minimum of a 2.0 GPA (grade point average calculated over all courses taken).
- Completion of all prerequisite courses with a grade of “C” or better.
- You will need to have sophomore standing or higher at the time of application.
- You will need to arrange a personal interview with department faculty.
- Completed application (click here for Texas Common Application).
$45 application fee – On-line payment, or check or money order sent to the Registrar at the address above. Write your application number on the check or money order to assure proper processing. Your application cannot be processed without payment being received by the deadline date.
Request official transcripts be sent directly from every college attended to the address above. If official transcripts are sent to you, you may send to the address above as long as the seal is not broken.
Send TOEFL score if applicable (for foreign applicants only) to the address above.
